How to study for the SAT chemistry test without taking AP Chem?

Hi everyone! I know a lot of you who took AP chemistry took the subject test for chem and did amazingly well. I never took AP chem but did take a college course called General Chemistry which did teach me a lot of topics for this test. I just want a 700+. I took the test in October and didnt do too well. What can I do for the next 3 weeks to get a good score. How should I study and from what books. Thank you!

Bump

Hey! I’m not in AP Chem either. The first time I took it this spring I got around a 650, which was about what I was expecting. I took it in again in November, so I’ll find out how I did in a couple weeks (I’m thinking 700+).

I used Barron’s, but my Chem teacher from last year also lent me an old Princeton Review. Go over the content, and take the practice tests. There’s a diagnostic test in Barron’s that’ll tell you exactly what chapters you need to study based on the questions you got wrong.

Good luck!
