How will colleges look at my GPA?

I'm a Junior in high school right now in some very difficult class. I don't have the best UW GPA, but I was wondering if it would be very offset by my class rank?

Right now, I have a (based on the South Carolina grading scale)...

4.361 weighted GPA
3.578 unweighted GPA
and a class rank, based off of weighted GPA, of 14/400 (top 3.5%)

After this year is over, I can expect my weighted GPA to go up to about 4.52, my unweighted GPA to stay the same, and my rank to move up to 7-10/400. (top 1.75-2.5%)

My schedule is very difficult as I'm going full IB.
IB Math SL 2 (will get a B)
IB English HL (A+)
AP Psychology (A)
AP US History (C+ or B-)
IB Spanish SL (A+)
IB Chemistry SL (B, B+)
IB Theory of Knowledge (A+)

So, after my junior year is over, the one that really counts, my UW GPA will be around 3.58, with a class rank in the top 2%.

My school isn't competitive at all, I've just done well in advanced classes, even if that was just getting a B in some cases.

How will colleges look at this GPA in correspondence with the class rank and weighted GPA?

Colleges generally look at UW GPA coupled with the difficulty of the classes and the class rank. Look the the Common Data Set for each school, section C7 to see how they weight each element.
