How will these SAT II scores affect my chances?

I recently posted about chances into a few schools; http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1505003-chances-stanford-will-return-favor.html

But I wanted to see how you guys think these scores will affect my chances?

Chemistry - 640
Mathematics Level 1 - 710
Mathematics Level 2 - 620

Based on 2012 averages;
Chem: -20 from average
Math 1: +100 from average
Math 2: -50 from average

My dream school is Carnegie Mellon. College confidential said I was a match for the school, but now I'm not so sure.

As another question, if you know any schools on par with Carnegie Mellon for comp science that I have better chances of getting into, let me know about them?

(What I posted before, for your convenience)

I need some evaluation and assurance. Stanford said it takes into account what classes you have available if you aren't offered alot of AP's, but be honest. I want to go for Computer Science. I want to apply ED but I have no idea if I should.

Currently a junior
Unweighted GPA: 3.88
Weighted: I don't know yet

EC's:
National Honors Society
Boy Scout 10+ years, Eagle Scout
City Year Young Heroes, Presidential Community Service Award (100+ hours), three years
Science Club, 2 hrs/wk all school year, two years
Jazz Band, 2 years
Geek Squad Summer Academy (Not sure if I should include this in an application)
Polish Exchange Student Host, Exchange Student (Hosted and then went there)
Temple University Music Program, Viola, 2 years
Settlement Music School, Violin (2 years), Piano (6 years)
Philadelphia Mummers, 3 years

Pre-College Classes: Drawing 2, Figure Drawing at University of the Arts
AP Classes: AP Chemistry (only one available)
Honors Classes: English 3 (only one available, again.)

Next year APs- AP Calculus, AP english lit (possible budget cuts may prevent this from happening, though.)
SAT: Based on practice tests, 2200 (will take actual test June).

Probable AP score:4-5
Note: Strong essay writing ability.

Having SAT2 scores below national average is not very good. If it is not required by the school, you probably don’t want to send them.

Problem is, I expected a lot higher for the chemistry because the material was so easy and the math two was much harder than expected. And I’ve already sent them. I’ll take them again and do better.

Then do more practice and review before retaking them.
