I major in computer science and really want to get into at least UCSD.(for ucla I am going to apply math/statistics) I am one course away from completing all GEs .
Problem is I dropped the calculus 2 last year and repeated it on the next term and get A. I got W on C++ and will repeat it in winter because I can't understand the professor's accent( winter is a new professor). I am currently taking physics 2(electrics) and plan to drop it because the professor is too strict on lab...and plan to retake it next spring.
My GPA is 3.7 and if I take two courses in winter I will raise the GPA to 3.76.
How will the Ws affect me for UCLA or UCSD ?

Can someone answer my question??

This thread should help. Just read through it. A lot of Ws, and a lot of UC acceptances. I am personally not from cal/ interested in any UCs, but I do have 7 Ws, so I’ve done a little research
Best wishes.

You will probably be fine but I don’t feel like your reasons for dropping are very good.
