<p>It seems like students go nuts over football here. What's that like? What goes on at the school during football season?</p>
<p>Also, are they passionate about basketball as well?</p>

<p>football rocks at psu! going to a packed psu game is amazing. i got to go to the ohio state game last year and the michigan game this year. the fans and the tailgating it what makes it. you'll always have fun at a game.</p>
<p>PSU with JoePa and all the traditions is a football school. Men's hoops rarely challenge in the Big 10, women's do much better.</p>

<p>yea Football is great. Always full stadium and loud. as long as u get into it, ull have a great time. After a loss, just ignore it until the next game/win</p>
<p>plenty of passionate basketball fans though arena doesn't usually fill. The team though is definatley getting better and they should be very good next year with claxton/cornley and they just got 2 top kids out of HS.</p>
<p>Even sports like Volleyball and Ice hockey are a lot of fun, and those games too usually have a large audience.</p>
