<p>I have signed up for THE HSF FUND scholarship and the deadline is December 15, 2012. My question is that when it states that the deadline is december 15, 2012. Does it mean before it reaches december 15 or does it mean that i can still turn it in on december 15 and its just due before 11:59:59 pm on december 15.</p>
<p>IN GENERAL a deadline means by 11:59:59 of the date given.</p>
<p>However, I am not familiar with the HSF deadline, so to be 100% sure, call them.</p>
<p>I’m sorry to be bumping up an old thread, but did you ever receive a definite answer as to exactly what time the deadline is?
