I got into the Chicago program. Do you guys think that this program is really worth it? Anyone know if colleges care about it?
From the other thread of 2015 it said “I don’t see it as a huge thing for college admissions in itself as it is going over how to apply and how to get scholarships more instead of learning or doing something academic. But I think you can personally get a lot out of it.”

I hate it when this happens, the whole waiting game. For the people who are still waiting: Im so sorry and i definitely feel your pain but I really hope you get your emails soon
Still haven’t recieved an update from HSF. I called them, AGAIN, and they said they have had technical problems and that most emails should be sent today and tomorrow morning. They also said that if we don’t get a notification either today or tomorrow, we should email them for a application status request. So I emailed them because I’m tired of waiting, and they said that all applicants will have their decision by the end of the day Monday. I honestly don’t know why it’s taking this long for decisions to come out, and why they keep pushing the date back further, I’m a little frustrated…
I also emailed them this morning, and they said by June 5th everyone should have their application status sent out. Really frustrated, because it’s in three weeks. What number do you call?

I’ve been looking at this as well for a while until they send out a status today. Unfortunately, they are sending out rejection letters. I wasn’t admitted and I received my update at 5:46pm and I live in California.
Hi all! I haven’t posted in this thread before but I am also an applicant. I just received an email from HSF and got waitlisted for the UPenn program (although I’m not surprised, considering it took a while for the email to be sent and I didn’t feel as if my application was strong enough).
I hope those who are still waiting for a response will get one soon—and hopefully it’ll be a more encouraging response than mine!
