Huge grade drop

So I’m on last semester of senior year and my grades is absolute crap. I had straight As for the past 3 semester but I have gotten Bs before. GPA is > 3.9.

My current grades are:
Programming - D (however, teacher didn’t put in grades. I’m confident I can get an A when he does)
Biology - B-
Physics - B-
Research - A
Art - A–
Literature - B+
History - C

Best case scenario, I get my literature to A and history to B. However, is my grades drop significant to get me rescinded from top universities? Also, with 6 weeks left, do you think I can improve my C to a B? I never have ever gotten a C in high school before and would be just as horrible to get a C.

The D will be an issue for many schools. It needs to go up.

The C won’t bother colleges as much, though it’s never a bad idea to raise it to a B.

@NotVerySmart is correct. Fix that D and you’ll have nothing to worry about.

I agree, getting the D up is priority 1. Improvement to other grades is icing on the cake.
