Hunter College's Political Science department?

<p>Does Hunter College have a decent political science department?</p>

<p>How ts the curriculum, professors, internship opportunities, and honors college (or poli sci honors/independent study)? Do they have any good political related clubs to meet other people who share my interests?</p>

<p>The Roosevelt House programs and research looks pretty good too me from what Ive seen, but does anyone who is in poli sci know more about it that they could share? </p>

<p>I am interested in Hunter College for Political Science as a out of state transfer student. This looks like a good safe school not only for it's affordable tuition, and acceptance rate, but it's also right in NYC would be a refreshing change from my podunk town life, lol. I don't want to attend a large campus party school so most of the SUNYs would be out (although I will apply to one SUNY for a safe school) and the lure of NYC sounds more intriguing than a small campus town.</p>
