I am in need of comfort (JHU ED)

<p>I was just wondering how you guys think I would do at Hopkins ED as a History major, now that the app is almost in the mail.</p>

<p>Standardized Tests:</p>

<p>SAT I - Jan 05 - 800 Math, 680 Verbal = 1480
SAT I - Mar 05 - 700 Math, 700 Verbal, 790 Writing = 2190
Highest Composite - 800 Math, 700 Verbal, 790 Writing = 2290</p>

<p>SAT II - Bio - 730
US Hist. - 750
Math IIC - 770</p>

<p>APs by Graduation - USH - 4 , Bio - 5, Chem, Psych, Euro, Calc BC.</p>

Taking most rigorous available course-load</p>

<p>GPA: 3.831/4.000
Rank: 10/460
freshman year, 3.5; soph - junior 4.0 each (basically an upward trend)</p>

<h2>-Misc. Volunteer work with Meals on Wheels-Chicago (produced a video), Delaware Valley Historic Aircraft Association(ditto)...totaling over 100 hours.</h2>

<p>My essays are good, the $10 one shows passion for music, my academic one shows my interest in history (I'm going to major in it). They are well written and my gifted support teacher likes them a lot. </p>

<p>My recommendations are good. One is good, the other is great. My GC's is pretty good as well.</p>

<p>I had an on-campus interview as well. I think that went well.</p>

<p>So, I'm just getting anxious I guess, so that's about all.</p>

<p>i most deffinately hope you're in! if you're not in, i might have to reconsider applying RD with my stats...way below yours! But then again, I'm from sate #49 in education! Atleast we beat Mississippi!!!</p>

<p>class of 2009! We're one year apart...she turned down duke for penn...a decision that I don't think anyone would regret!</p>
