You do not know what you are talking about Diivio. Dry heat is so much better. when it is humid and hot it is like bring in someones sweaty armpit or crotch. The air is thick with water and you will feel sticky all over. It is like being in a jungle. Don’t make assumptions boy.

^Lol I wasn’t making assumptions (except for Florida being humid) thats why it was in the form of a question “Doesn’t humidity make heat feel better?” I’ve visited my grandparents in Malaysia and it’s very hot and humid there since it’s an equatorial region and I preferred becoming really sweaty than the dry semi-arid desert heat here in Idaho so no offense turtlecloud but you shouldn’t assume everyone has the same personal preference. Sorry if that sounded mean but you called me boy so I’m assuming you meant your comment in a contentious manner.

Haha Diivio, I gotta say, high temps are just unpleasant no matter what, sadly. I’d say humidity is worse just because it’s so thick, it feels like you could just swim through the air, or cut a knife through it. The only times it’s okay to be outside? Right around sunrise, after sunset, or if you’re in the ocean/a pool. Otherwise, you feel like you’re dying a slow death.

^Yeah I agree you’re right, I hated walking around Seremban (town in Malaysia) in that wet heat but I loved that weather when I was at Port Dickson beach (also in Malaysia). And you feel really fatigued too. Sigh I’ve wanted to visit Florida (I’ve never been to Disneyworld lol), maybe I’ll do that after college.

^ I’m one degree off the Equator now (and have been the past 19 years). You just have to suck it up haha.

rain and hot and berkeley don’t go together too often if at all.

TEN DAYS LEFT!!! Woooooooooo!!!

holy… crap…

Awww, new freshies…I feel so old :P

No. Not a good thing. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. I rather liked the quiet Berkeley except that I almost got ran over a couple times this summer and have gotten yelled at by like 10 different hobos for no ****en reason.

That and I need a longer summer. Damn you summer school.

not a freshie. Transfers REPRESENT!!

I’m a transfer too!! I spent 6 years (including high school) working my way towards Berkeley…man, this is so epic!

I’ve never been this excited in my life!!! :D

Ah, my bad. I stand corrected.

that’s great, ecullen. Again, congrats and we’re sure to have fun at Cal :D

Transfer right here. This year is gonna be great! I’m living a block from the gym at Unit 3. Gonna gain like 20 pounds of muscle this year. It’s gonna be bada$$! ;)

wootwoot! Unit 2 represent 8) We transfers rule

not to kill your buzz, but as a part-time trainer, it’s near impossible to gain 20 pounds of muscle in a year. =D
But yeah, you should be pumped for the gym. ;D
