I am so screwed for college - please help!

<p>Im a senior who didnt get into the UC's I asked for. My stats were:
3.5 uc gpa
1900 satI
800 Math II
670 Bio
Loads of EC.</p>

<p>Now my only choice is ASU or UCRiverside or Community College and I am thoroughly depressed.</p>

<p>I would appreciate it if you guys could answer a few of my questions:</p>

<p>1) How easy or hard would it be to transfer from UC Riverside to UCSD or UC Irvine? (If i got good grades of course). Can I do it after 1 year?</p>

<p>2) If i went to CC and did the TAG program, how long would I have to stay there? it says 90 credits. Is that 2 years?</p>

<p>3) I've heard it's almost impossible to transfer from an outside college into a UC. If i went to ASU, would I be stuck there for 4 years?</p>

<p>I would say choose your favorite from ASU or UCRiverside and go there and see what happens. You may love it, you never know. And if you don't you can always transfer out after your first year. Incidentally, does it really matter if it's almost impossible to transfer to a UC from an outside school? It won't kill you not to go to one (or you can always go to Riverside and transfer from there), and there are PLENTY of other schools that are just as good/better than the UCs, and where you might be a better match. If you didn't get into them, maybe the adcoms just thought you would be better off at another school where you'd be more comfortable.</p>
