I am thinking of transferring for the second time

Okay here's the thing for two years of my college career I was attending a community college. I decided in high school to go to a community college mainly because I had no idea what I wanted to do in my life. Well during my time at my community college I decided I wanted become a journalist/writer and I wanted to go to an HBCU. Because of my choice in major and the type of school I wanted to go to I decided to go to Howard University, and was accepted, when I received my acceptance letter there it was one of the happiest days of my life. However I didn't receive scholarships, so I applied for work study and I received employment but it was too late I received it a week before classes started and I need an answer sooner than that especially when I asked if I qualified for work study three weeks before I got my answer. Because of financial issues I decided to go to my second choice North Carolina A&T I choose this college because it's the best HBCU in my state. North Carolina A&T is a good school and I'm not knocking it down, but I feel like Howard is the better school for me especially because of my major. I transferred from Wake Tech to A&T because it's a community college that's what I was supposed to do move on, I was wondering will it look bad on my resume that I transferred twice regardless that I have a good gpa?

There is nothing wrong with transferring but I am not sure exactly why you want to transfer? Do you think Howard will be more affordable now or do you think you’re not getting the education you need and think Howard will provide a better education?

Are you prepared to do an extra semester or two at Howard, as it isn’t likely you’ll graduate on time after the additional transfer?

Howard is known for their communications program, the location is great for my desired field, the connections is great and I feel it would be better in for my major. I’m already mentality prepared that I might have to do an extra semester I don’t mind as long as I graduate. I’m taking one step at at a time. I’m still not sure if I want to transfer or not so I’ll decide to way it out till next fall. So that I gain more credits and money. Its hard to transfer in the spring. I’m still not sure. Thank you for your answer.
