<p>Columbia is a reach for everyone, but, even though you might want to, writing about your difficult home life will make you stand out from the thousands of other applicants-which is a must to get into an Ivy. Don’t only write about that this though obviously.</p>
<p>You should get into NYU easy. Maybe get some serious scholarship money too if you’re lucky.</p>
<p>Very strong chance at NYU. Columbia is most likely a low to mid reach.</p>

Columbia is gonna be tough though. And belive it or not, theyre alot of people applying with even better EC’s, and better SAT scores. But its prob an above average GPA, even for columbia.</p>
