My applications are due this January 1st and I cannot add any teachers for recommendation letters to the schools! Every time I try to click on “letters of recommendation” tab, the screen goes blank. I think I’m ‘locked out’ and can no longer add teachers on Naviance. I have two teachers who need to upload their letters somewhere, and it’s too late to mail them! My guidance counselor is not responding to email, so I have no idea how to fix this. Can someone please give me some insight on how to get these recommendation letters in, before January 1.
The Common App has a help feature! Use it!!!
I cannot add teachers the regular way on common app because I would have had to add them first on Naviance. Since I did not add them on Naviance(which is now locked), Common App’s help feature doesn’t explain how to add teachers in this event.
