I did really bad in high school, but okay at community college

I currently have a 2.3 GPA in high school. My SAT score is a 750. I am very bad at math and that is the main reason why I did so bad.
I am a senior in high school, but I finished early by taking classes at my local community college. I will have a 3.0 or 3.1 GPA by august because I am taking summer session classes. I want to apply to colleges in September to transfer in the spring of 2011.

I am only looking into 3 colleges because my major is not very popular(human services).
College 1 has the selectivity rating of 65%.
College 2 has the selectivity rating of 73%.
College 3 has the selectivity rating of 72%.
2 of the colleges have an articulation agreement with my community college and a 2.0 GPA is considered, but a 2.5 GPA is preferred.
I'm scared that even though I will hopefully have a 3.0 or 3.1 GPA, my high school GPA and SAT score will keep me from getting accepted into the colleges. I will write an essay to the colleges, so hopefully that will help.
Am I screwed based on my high school performance?

Those colleges will probably not even look at high school.

most community college will not going to look at your GPA. Take SAT or ACT. Try your best. The essay is very important.
