I dropped AP Calc, should I reconsider?

I had a B in precalc and for some reason I decided it would be a good idea to take AP Calc AB. At first I understood the material but then it started getting way to fast for me. I missed a few classes and tried to catch up, but I never could. I ended getting a C and an F on a quiz, and then failing my last test. After thinking it over I decided it would be best for me to drop it. I already am taking 4 other AP classes and I have no plans to major in STEM or business. I am already overwhelmed with all my classes and I don't have the time to invest in a class I absolutely hate.
I know I will probably end the quarter with a D and the semester with a C-. I already had a form signed by my teacher, but I haven's submitted it yet.
My question is it worth having a C or possibly C- on my transcript for calc? If I drop it I will still take math, my school offers an easier class called Prob Stat and Discrete.
I know calc is a class colleges really favor, but is it really worth tears and stress just to appeal to colleges?

I have to make a decision tomorrow morning, please someone give me advice.

Personally I don’t think it’s worth putting a lot of effort into a class you don’t like and getting a C at best. I don’t think colleges would mind because you’re not planning to major in a math area and you would be taking another math class. Drop the class and save yourself the time and stress. Good luck!! :)

Thank you so much!

Are you a senior? if so, taking the other math class is fine.

Drop the class! Keep your GPA.

Yes I’m a senior. Thank you everyone for the input. My counselor has been discouraging me from dropping it, but I much rather take the other math class and get an A.
