I fulfilled all of my A-G requirements for UC Santa Cruz before senior year, but I ended up getting a D in my Government class this semester. the UCSC requirements page states,“if an applicant had notified our campus of receiving a grade of D or F in any ‘a-g’ course in their senior year, that student would not have been selected for admission by UC Santa Cruz. All students offered admission to UCSC are held to earning grades of C or higher (or the equivalent) in their senior-year courses or their admission will be canceled.”
I’ve passed all of my required courses with an A or B, but it says students offered admission are held to earning grades of C or higher in their senior year.so, I’m not quite sure if the D is going to be a big problem because technically Gov. is an elective…I also received a 2.667 because of the D, will not getting a 3.0 last semester ruin my chances?
