<p>My daughter has that link also. It allows you to pay your deposit and if you move around on the link, it gives you a student number. I would say that has to be a confirmation. Good luck to all.</p>
<p>I got it, too. I really hope it means that I got in. As trends show, it probably means that I did. I'm so excited, Stony Brook was my first choice school.</p>

<p>I hope it is safe to say that I got in but i'm not going to guarantee anything. I don't want to get my hopes up - but they do constantly address me as a student!!!! "As a Freshman" "You are a Freshman but you have not signed up for orientation" etc. . . lol!</p>

<p>My last name starts with a V. I have the two new tabs: "For New Students" and "Student Financial Services". I really hope it means accepted. How can they let you pay for the orientation, tuition, and housing but not be in?</p>

<p>How could being able to pay for the tuition deposit not mean anything? They can't put those tabs out to the people who could get rejected because they might pay and then not get in.</p>
