I got this message from UCR. What does this mean?

Dear ...,
Congratulations on a truly outstanding high school career. I am very impressed with your academic performance, and, after initial review, I am recommending you for admission to the College of Natural and Agricultural Sciences (CNAS) at the University of California, Riverside.
You will be hearing from the UC Riverside Undergraduate Admissions Office in January. Please remember that your admission to UC Riverside is contingent upon your continued success during the remainder of your high school career.
Learn more and explore the extraordinary opportunities waiting for you in CNAS. Don’t forget to schedule a student-led tour of the campus.
In the meantime, please go to MyUCR to create your admission notification account. Through your MyUCR account, you will get important updates from your Admissions Counselor, and be able to check on your admission status. Follow the on-screen instructions to create your account now!
Please extend my warmest holiday wishes to your entire family. We look forward to welcoming you to the UC Riverside family!
Sincerely, Dean...

Seems like you pretty much just got accepted. Congrats!! :)

This is a likely letter trying to get you to seriously consider UCR. It is not an acceptance because if you check your UCR portal, there is no accept/decline option yet. UCR will send out a Congratulations email usually Feb 1. My younger son received this same email from the Bourne College of Engineering last month and his older brother got the same email the year before. You will mostly likely be admitted so good news…
