<p>I made state scholar and was named as outstanding teen in our county....do you think it's worth mentioning this an e-mail to my regional director for Penn ED? Or is it just annoying and won't make a difference?</p>
<p>I have several awards already, but if it's worth mentioning more, I would. I just don't want to be annoying...</p>
<p>I can pretty much gaurentee you that decisions have been made. An award cant save or help your application now because they won’t re-review your app just because of it. GL though.</p>
