Auburn University was a great school for me. I graduated with a Bachelors in Building Science and was always frustrated when I was a senior in high school and I could not find any useful information on colleges so I promised myself I would write a post to help high school seniors and parents with regards to Auburn University. I should know because I was a recruitment chairman myself. Again, make sure and pick the right organization or don't pick one at all. I have seen too many good students fail out because of partying too much and creating bad habits. Always remember why you are in college but do have fun! Don't spend every night in the library.

- DO NOT GET A CREDIT CARD unless you are signed on with your parents. It can be too easy to swipe it in times of need or after a few beers on a football Saturday. Avoid this or interest payments will get you in the future on top of a poor credit score.
- Make sure and be involved. Join a club or a church. College can be a huge transition from high school and it is a period of life where you learn about yourself. Make sure and meet people who can be a support network for you and you to them.
