These are competitive awards
@mom2collegekids, when you say they’re “competitive awards,” does that mean that the student had to apply for each of them? Also, where does it list the criteria for applying?
I mean that there these aren’t automatic. I think you just fill out the regular scholarship app.
These awards are actually from the last financial year (2014-15). This year’s list should be coming out shortly.

My son received an endowed scholarship this current year, which was super nice. I believe I’ve documented that somewhere else on this CC forum.
*** Note, the deadline listed on the NAA page for current students says December 1. On the actual application, the due date is listed as March 1, 2016. In previous years, I do believe that the deadline was Dec 1…and has now been moved. Someone should correct this so the two sites/dates match.
