The material itself isn't that hard, but you do the same kind of problems over and over so it becomes kind of repetitive and dull.

That being said, I have an A in that class right now but not a high A because my teacher has decided to give us pop quizzes on material that we learned months and months ago to help us prepare for the AP test.

lucky for me my teacher gives a check grade for all of the work she assigns. i can just half-a it all and still make a 100 in the class because its so repetitive like said above.

Hmm everyone I know found AP stats to be the easiest AP ever. It's one giant lesson on performing various calculator tricks. Got a 5 without ever cracking open my barrons book.

Stat is amazing! It's the single most useful class I'll probably ever take in high school, and it's about as difficult as taking the case off your calculator. How dare you take the name of stat in vain?

Out of the 16 kids in my stat class, 10 have above a 100%. And this isnt even a selectively smart group...

You plug in numbers, the calculator gives you the answers, and then you write down the answers...I honestly dont know what you're complaining about.

I find AP Stats pretty easy, but partially because my teacher seems relatively easy. And like people have said, it really is like a class on how to use a calculator. I guess it depends on who's teaching you...like I have the worst physics teacher in the history of the universe (proven by the fact that a 50% is a B or possibly A) but I probably wouldn't be so hopeless at the subject if somebody TAUGHT IT TO ME PROPERLY!! But I digress..

i hate ap stats too
my teacher gives way too much work
he is picky too... takes points off for everything (he grades the real ap stats tests... so go figure... he won't grade them this yr though...)

My teacher is TOUGH. She is dedicated in preparing us for AP exam. She doesn't believe in grade inflation. What you get is what you earn. Usually-A=5, B=4, C=3, and so on... Some people with B+ get 5's though. Thats why my teacher has a 93%+ pass rate. And 50+ percent of those are 5's, 35%+ are 4s and rest 3s. Only those people that don't try don't pass.

True. often times I believe the course is so repetitive and dull.
