<p>And a lot of my girl friends read twilight before the movie came out. So they were stuck between the hate bandwagon and the honest fan club. A lot of people who never read the book mindlessly rant about Twilight. I’ve never read the series so I have no preference.</p>
<p>I HATE TWILIGHT. The movie and the book were terrible. BTW, it was a really BAD recreation of Dracula.</p>

<p>I also hate Twilight. It so hella stupid. When I saw Edward sparkled in the movie, I was like O_O. And New Moon, Jacob was just stupid. But I have to agree with BryDeeC. You should have created this thread when Twilight the movie came out. That was when a whole new cult of Twilight fans was raging in America.</p>
<p>I actually don’t hate Twilight at all. Yes, I hate all the drama and the publicity associated with the series, but the book itself isn’t that bad, especially since those are the first few novels written by a beginning author. I’ve been reading her books before the whole thing became too popular for its own good, and I’ve read some of the author’s short stories - you guys only hate the story so much because you don’t like the people who tend to favor it. :p</p>
