I have decent work experience, but a 2.6 undergrad GPA: What are my options?

Graduated with a pair of undergrad degrees, but only managed a 2.6. That was five years ago, and my career has had a decent trajectory since. I’ve been in marketing almost the entire time, and my current title is Director. I’ve been looking at Masters programs in Communication, but some take a much harder stance on GPA than others.

Are there any online communications programs out there that weigh professional experience much more than GPA? Or is there anyone who has experienced a similar predicament and gotten into the schools they wanted?
