I haven't been contacted for an interview!

<p>While the title is pretty self-explanatory…
I sent in my form 1A like a month ago and I still haven’t been contacted for an interview. There’s a 99% chance that I should get one since my area is absolutely inundated w/ alumni. Should I call Admissions or the Alumni committee. I really want one…help!?</p>

<p>I don't think it would be bad to call the alumni committee to see what they say. I'm sure they get phone calls like that all the time.</p>

<p>don't worry. i didn't get an interview last year, and i'm from philadelphia. there are tens of thousands of alumni around here. i still got in, no sweat. just don't panic.</p>

<p>i didnt get any info on interviews yet either-maybe interviews are for the people whom they think would need it! haha, jk i dunno lol</p>

<p>I've heard alumni committee, but don't know if they will do anything for you. If you call, let us know what they say.</p>

<p>I got a call from a lady monday and she said the admissions just gave her my info, and it's on the 20th.</p>

<p>Am I the only one who would rather not have an interview? It's not that I don't think I could make a good impression, but I'd be too afraid to screw it up haha. I know I've done my app as well as I could and I wouldn't want to mess it up with a bad interview. On the other hand, I could have a really good one...</p>

<p>i didnt want one...i sent it last day because i thought the interview would hurt me. but im actually looking forward to it i guess...if it goes well it will only work in my favor...you cant really lose.</p>

<p>I applied ED, needed tons of financial aid, and lived in Philly, and didn't get an interview.</p>
