I honestly don't understand uconn requirements at all....

I mean my cousin's friend got accepted to the Storrs campus with SAT's of 1300, and a 2.5 GPA!?!? I really don't understand this, mine are much higher and my friends. My friend has a 2100 SAT and around 9th rank in our class and was on the waitlist?!? I got placed in the Waterbury campus, reason for i am not going to uconn....

While you would hope decisions aren’t arbitrary in some cases they will appear to be. But there are likely patterns there as well. If someone is accepted with a 2.5 you have to believe they are bringing something else to Storrs?

There are all kinds of factors. Minority students for example will not be expected to have the same board scores as the class as a whole.

^ oh, so we should assume the lower scores mean, she must be a minority. As opposed to the hundreds of other possibilities available to the admissions committee.
