OK so I think, according to my email records and looking for score report receipts, I may have forgotten to submit my ACT scores to two of the schools i was just rejected to (UCB, UCLA). Quite honestly, I think this would have made a huge difference as it is a 1960 SAT vs. a 33 ACT. Is it just flat out too late?

it's probably too late unfortunately. I believe you can appeal rejections at UCs, but it isn't likely that you'll win. However, a substantial test jump like that wouldn't hurt, so give it a go! Best of luck!

Appeal Man Appeal!!!!!!!!!!

how?when?any chance? help!

There may be grounds for an appeal. From the UC Website:

"Review of Admission Decisions

The campuses review each applicant's record thoroughly, and admission decisions are rarely reversed. However, students who are not admitted may request a review of the decision if they believe there was an error in the evaluation or can provide new and compelling information not included in the initial application. Each campus has specific procedures to handle such appeals. Contact the campus Admissions Office for information."
