It says it takes 3-5 weeks...
and I just sent them in, and the college deadlines for all my schools are early January...

Anyone please?!!??!

You should have considered rushing scores

Yeah but it costs more.. but in any case is it too late?

Call the schools' admissions departments and ask them. Better to get it from the horse's mouth.

This isn't an answer to your question, but I have noticed that a few schools are now saying they will no longer accept rush scores. The reason? Regular scores come in via computer, which makes it easier for the school to process them. Rush scores come on paper and a few schools are now refusing to accept the extra work of entering them into their admissions database. So, anyone considering using the rush score service should probably ask about this just in case.

I think you will be fine with sending your scores regular now. It generally doesn't take five weeks for them to arrive. You could, however, email each school and let them know they're on their way, especially if their admission deadline is looming.

Usually it takes less than 3 to 5 weeks, more often less than 2. Also, check your colleges carefully. If what you are saying is that their application deadline is sometime in January, that does not necessarily mean the test score deadline is the same. Some require test scores by the app deadline date but many take test scores until a couple of weeks after the app deadline date.

Aren't scores sent electronically? Then why would they take so long?

cling, because collegeboard is a monopolizing cash machine
