I’m changing my major, should I drop my current classes?

Hello everyone, This is my third semester at community college and I have about a month and a half of school left this semester. I am changing my major from biology to psychology and I have an appointment to do so with my counselor on Thursday( today being Sunday as I type this) I am not doing well in my courses that are directed to my biology major. I have basically two C’s and a D. My gpa my first semester was a 4.0 and my second semester a 3.0. I have never gotten any W’s before. My question is since I’m changing my major, should I drop all three of my classes and get W’s or should I stick it out and risk getting some pretty bad grades on my transcripts. I’m planning on transferring to a Cal State. I have two huge tests and a big ole lab between now and my counseling appointment and I just want to know because I would rather not do all the work for nothing. Thank you! All opinions are welcome.
also, I have never filed for any financial aid.

Do all the work, submit the projects and take the tests, then run everything by your counselor when you see them. Who knows. Maybe your grades will come up a bit. Your counselor is much more familiar with your current CC and the Cal State you will be applying to than we are, and will be able to help you determine if it makes sense to drop one, two, or all three of these classes.
