i might be screwed...

could someone help me out? does the SATIIs offer standby testing? what's the chances of being able to test if you show up this saturday, and what do you have to do beforehand?

I haven't taken the SATs yet, I just finished junior year, and I was too stupid to sign up for June4. Now I hear we can't take SATI & II on the same day...so if I take SATs in October, the next available test date, that means a lot longer til I take SATIIs, probably won't get the scores til after my apps are due. Which is bad.

Also. Is it possible to study and prepare for the SATIIs in one week? Is it possible to score really well on the Bio if you haven't taken AP Bio? What's an easy SATII? I think I'm taking USHistory, but I don't know which others I'm taking..

or would it be wiser to go in and try to take standby SAT1, so I don't cram for SATII subjects that I'm not as prepared for?

You could just skip the SAT I and take the ACT instead (offered in september) and for the SAT IIs, take them in October.

I've already taken the ACT, managed to get a 35. so does this mean i just shouldn't bother trying this saturday?

lol if you got a 35, why would you want to take the SAT I? If you do bad on it, the score will be reported along with your SAT II scores.

Wow a 35! You can standby test for SATII's, it probably makes sense to do that, you probably don't need to take the SAT I to back up that ACT.

dont take sat. take sat2s in october after studying for them over the summer. then ur in good shape to apply early(rush your october scores) or regular decision.

i thought that if you take the ACT you dont need to take SAT I or IIs

Thats the way it works for most colleges but some still require you to send SAT II scores along with ACT.
