<p>Hello I am only 15 turning 16 this summer and I need a summer job. Im in New York and I applied to summer youth employment but i didnt get accepted...again. So i need to know how i can find a job by me this summer. Someone please help me and give me adivce, or a website i can go to, i would greatly appreciate it.</p>

<p>There isnt any hiring most of them are family owned.</p>
<p>If you have a country club/rec center/golf course nearby I know you can work there depending on the job.</p>

<p>EDIT: Check some animal shelters or after school programs. I worked at an ASP last year and helped kids with true homework. They have summer programs, too.</p>

<p>I volunteer to but I want to make money (haha) i dont like to depend on my parents to get me things.</p>
