I've been trying to get some info and forms out of UI Bloomington, but I couldn't find any essay questions or teacher recommendation forms. I've been skipping the personal info section and have been just focusing on essay parts and all.

I even tried to download paper applications, but the year was 2009-2010 (I'll graduate from HS in spring of 2009. I'm applying for Fall 2009), and the application did not have the essay questions or teacher's section.

If anybody could help out, that'll be great. Thanks!

There might not be essay questions? Or they might come on a supplemental application that they'll send to you after you apply using the first part?

Many large state schools do not have an essay or teacher recs in their applications. I just looked at the application and you do not need them for Indiana. Why not file online?

The 2009-10 app is the one to use if you intend to be a freshman beginning Fall semester 2009.

IU does not require essays or teacher recommendations but they may be considered if submitted. Thus, there is no "form" for them. You just do them and send them in.

I "asked" the question about essays on the IU admissions website and this was the response I got:

IU does not require an essay or personal statement as part of the application for admission.

We do offer students the option to provide a summary of their important extracurricular involvements during high school. This is not required. If you choose to do so, please attach the summary to your application. If you apply online, attach it to the counselor signature form, which will be mailed to us by your high school counselor. You may also submit a personal statement and/or recommendation(s).
