i'm sorry you feel that way...i put up the chance b/c i've known ppl who were really exceptional and were still rejected. and i wanted to see how accurate cc is at predicting chances. i will release the stats after april =)
where are you applying kmatimber2?

I imagine you'll get into at least two of HYP. Your accomplishments are very impressive, and I hope that Princeton gives credit where credit is due.

Very honest opinion: I don't see very many EC's that show leadership. You are an Asian student from China and you're EC's are all about math and piano. That's very stereotypical so it's questionable with the Ivy's. It's all about diversifying.

although you must admit that the OP is much more than just the usual asian applicant-- s/he has won several national and international honors... i think the "you're too stereotypical" argument isn't a fair one given that the OP has excelled beyond the stereotype.

I didn't say she was "too stereotypical," I said that her application isn't highly diversified and therefore there is no way to have a firm idea of whether or not she will get in.

Of course she has an amazing chance at getting accepted at Princeton or pretty much any other school in the United States. :)

coolkid007-no im not trying to brag. given the unpredictability of admissions, i just wanted to see what ppl thought versus what real results will be..
