Michigan Ann Arbor
Wisconsin Madison
University of Washington
UIUC
Michigan State(already in)

This is just from a quick cruise down the US News Nat'l Univ list: Case Western, Georgia Tech, U of Pittsburgh, U of Maryland, Drexel, U of Tulsa (the first and last are smaller schools than your others, but very good science/engineering and in larger cities)

Tufts, BC, NYU, and possibly Maryland OOS would be reaches. Tufts would be a BIG reach. Pitt would be a good school to consider. How about Purdue?

Since I already got into MSU, I'm looking at reaches and high matches right now. I will consider Tufts even though my chances might be very low. I need one more match now

By looking at your other school I woulds say that you want a large student body. So i don't think that Tufts is that much of a match. I would agree with NYU and Boston University, University of Pittsburgh
Did you consider some of the UC schools like Davis or San Diego?
