I promised myself I wouldn't, but... (chances)

Curiosity got the better of me.
Stats:
White Male from WA, fairly competitive school (probably send about 15-20 to Ivy-level schools each year)
3.95 GPA UW (Weighted is 4.3-4.4 something, but its only used for purposes of class rank, not submitted to colleges)
Rank: 5/334
SAT I: 2190 (CR 720, M 770, W 700)
SATII: Physics: 800, Math II: 760, US Hist 740
AP: 5's in Chem, Calc BC, US Hist, Physics B, 4's in World Hist and English Lang. I'll be taking both physics C exams, English lit, both American and Comparative Gov, Bio, and Comp Sci AB this May.
Course Load: As much AP as I've been able to do, honors everywhere I couldn't.
Prospective Major: Physics

Extra Curriculars (nothing special, unfortunately):
-Speech/Debate 11th and 12th grades, haven't competed national circuit but success at local circuit tournaments, state qualifier, 2-week summer camp.
-Track and Field/Cross Country 9th-11th
-Peer Tutoring 11th and 12th
-Other minor participation

Volunteer Work(weak again...)
-City Youth Council
-Various oddjob work, nothing else consistent unfortunately.

Awards (again weak...):
National Merit Commended, AP Scholar w/ Distinction, Qualified for AIME but didn't pass, Honor Roll.

Fortunately my rec's should be very good, as I've known both teachers for a while and have a great relationship with them. I have faith in my ability to write, so assume my essays are at least fairly good.

Schools, with my own feelings (most are very reach, but I have reasons):
Stanford (Shot in the dark, but figured I might roll the dice. Have legacy here, but my dad's had no involvement with the school since.)
Brown (also a shot in the dark)
U Chicago (stretch)
Berkeley (stretch for any out of state)
Northwestern (mabye)
University of Washington (I should be in here. I've decided that I'd be absolutely thrilled to go to UW since its so cheap for me, so all the rest of the schools were purposefully very reach).

Thanks in advance.

I think your own feelings are about right. Best of luck!

Thanks, any other thoughts?
