As I sat with my application ready to go, I waited until 10:58 p.m. central time (supplement got turned in at 10:40). It was then that I realized that I still hadn't filled out the signature page. I clicked all the check boxes hurriedly, typed in my name and the date and clicked submit. Nothing happened. It was now 10:59. I clicked it again. Still nothing. I scrolled up to see the error message. I had typed 11/11/2009 in the date box. I quickly deleted a 1 and clicked submit again. Nothing happened. I clicked it again. I scrolled up to see another error message. I scrolled back down to type in 11/01/2009 and clicked submit. It was 11:00 p.m. by then.

So am I the last EA applicant or the first RD applicant?

You can ask them about it and explain. I believe they do make some allowances with regards to the time submitted, since they know your internet can crash, your computer can blow up, so on, so forth. Give them a call, and try not to worry about it. :)

You will probably be just fine. I submitted mine two hours late last year and they said “as long as it’s submitted around midnight you’re fine.” Although with the changes in the admissions office, don’t take my word for it.
