So right now I’m at a school that I don’t really think is right for me. It doesn’t have the major I want to pursue and I just feel bored at the school. I want to transfer to a school in the next state over, however, I’m currently a junior, I have an apartment with a roommate, and my parents bought season football tickets for the school I’m at. I love the town that the school is in and I love the people, it’s just that I’m stuck pursuing a degree that I am not interested in. The school in the next state over has the exact degree I want but I feel that it would be just too much to transfer. What do you think I should do?
Basing your decision at all off of sports tickets is…
Stupid?
If you don’t have the degree that you want and you’re not finding school fulfilling you should apply to transfer.
Get the degree that you want and need.
Bottom line. Don’t be “penny wise and pound foolish” Your degree is your investment for your life. The sports tickets are not. Go visit your friends for game day at your old school. You get two social groups: new school and old school.
