I want to transfer to the East Coast!

I am 17 years old and I am entering my second year at a California Community College, I graduated early from high school to attend a CCC, and originally planned on going to a UC, but now I am interested in other Universities, like NYU, UNC, Duke, and Ivy League Colleges to name a few.

Now, I am majoring in PolySci and I have a 3.8 GPA and I'm taking Honors Courses so I am Honors Certified at my CCC, what are my chances of getting into these out of state Universities???? Is it even in my reach??

What are your SAT scores, high school grades and what have you done outside of the classroom?

if you spend 2 years to transfer as a junior, your high school records and SAT will almost not play any role in admissions decision at all. But since you’re going as a sophomore, Redroses asked the correct question

Will you be heavily relying on fin-aid to pay your tuition?
