"lol okay. secretly wonders if you're a lesbian"

Clearly, sir, you don't understand female logic :)
If I were a lesbian, why would I enjoy seeing a male character hitting on/having sex with women?
It's just that if all those women fall for him, there's got to be something really special about the guy.
And by the way, he's only a womanizer if you want him to be. That's what the game is all about - making choices.

A matter of opinion, I guess. RPGs are my favorite kind of game, only not the kind where creepy fat guys disguise themselves as charming elves online and hit on every newbie girl that happens to join the game...eesh.

Ahem, so, whatcha doing friday night? I know this lovely tavern in Azeroth that serves the best mutton ever. (seriously you would turn down harvard for it) My name's SpockTheWarlockOrk9459, by the way.

Off-rails topic: I miss the days where I could walk around with a game boy + pokemon and not have people think I'm a dweeb.

Totally random: Honest to God wouldn't an invisible option be more useful if it just left your status symbol as offline all the time instead of turning it into some scary HAL-style red dot?

And now for something completely on-topic!

The two big places I was admitted to were Harvard and MIT. I almost turned down Harvard for MIT, because I liked the collaborative culture and "hacking", and the fact that I am interested in comp sci and of course MIT is tops for that.

Ultimately I chose Harvard because I wanted a more rounded education, and not to be surrounded by hardcore math/sci types 24/7. (yes I know MIT has a solid HASS department, but they are certainly not a focus.) Tying into that was the fact I don't really know if comp sci is what I want to major in. Even though I am a big geek, throughout my high school career I've often done better in those less technical subjects, and many times found myself enjoying them just as much. I think Harvard's better financial aid was the tip factor.

I still don't know if I've made the right decision, but it seems to be too late to change my mind anyway. So Harvard it is.

Stanford is the master of all trades, jack of none.

That's pretty much the reason. Seriously, if Harvard would beef up its CS and linguistics departments, the decision would've been much harder (since Stanford's basically #1 in both).

Hey back in the Great Pokemon Craze of 1999 everybody loved the Pokemon Blue. Good times.

lol, I remember my friends and me hating on Pokemon every day. We thought we were tough ****. Good times. :p

Turn down Harvard for virtual mutton in one of WoW worlds? If only I still had my WoW account...

XD Classic.

"That's pretty much the reason. Seriously, if Harvard would beef up its CS and linguistics departments, the decision would've been much harder (since Stanford's basically #1 in both)."

You know, you can cross-register for MIT's CS and linguistics courses (both obviously very good) if you're a Harvard student. I'm also really interested in lingustics, and when I learned I can do that my choice was clear.

Oh, btw, I turned down Williams for H. I was really surprised myself because I really thought I preferred LACs until I set my foot on H's campus.
