IB certificate/highschool degree stress

Hi! So i’m in a bit of a pickle about transferring from my current college, you see I have about two more semesters before earning my associate’s degree and hopefully transfer to a four year. I’m so concerned about my high school past (bare in mind that i’m an international student), I only did the IB program for my senior year and was awarded a certificate and not the full diploma. I dont really know if that counts as proof for high school completion (even though I attended the graduation and was awarded a certificate from my school aside from the IB certificate) are there schools in california that accept me for my college grades and not ask for my highschool past? Please let me know, the stress is eating me up to my very core.

Here is what the CSU system says about IB credits.

Don’t let the stress eat you up. Assuming you are currently in CA, make an appointment at a CSU and a UC, bring your transcripts and ask away.
