I have been accepted to an Ivy League college under ED plan, and my IB grades were all 7’s with one 6. The college told me to send in mid year and final reports as soon as they’re available. I read a lot of articles saying that a drop from an A to a C is bad and colleges might rescind their acceptance, so does that mean my grade should be at least a 6 and 5 is unacceptable? Any IB alumns or experience?
Getting a 5 is fine, and your acceptance won’t be rescinded. In fact, I think you could probably survive with a 4.
