But as rubi says, you're a kelley, you will fight on!

So without actually giving us any of the questions, would you please describe the basic jist of what was covered that made it so difficult? Lots of financial questions, marketing questions, production questions, strategy questions--all of the above combined into one? What?

Thanks,

P.S. Good luck to you with your score on this and future quizzes.

well its basically a 2 hour "quiz" (10% of our grade in each class) in which there are only 10 questions for each class. They have their own mini section.

In strategy, there are 4 "attendance" questions which means you cant get a good grade without paying attention in every single class.

This makes studying a pain in the butt cause you cant concentrate on a single subject.

So, if I understand you correctly, what you are saying is that it is a quiz where there are four or five sections that look something like this:

Questions 1-10: Finance Management
Questions 11-20: Marketing Management
Questions 21-30: Production/Operations Management
Questions 31-40: Strategic Management & Leadership
Questions 41-50: Other discussion topics (computers, law, project mgmt, etc)

And that the section above labeled Questions 31-40 would have stuff that cover some of the other areas, and how they tie together with one another.

Also, I guess there are 10 total quizzes, which then make up 100% of the grade (or fewer and then a paper or final project also).

Is this correct?

Hello,

Well basically, the format is:

Starter Quiz (10%)
Midterm (25%)
Final (25%)
Case (25%)
Other (15%)

Sam

Intense and beastly. I'm licking my chops at a chance to take on this beast.

if i took it i would ace that ****...

i bet u the quiz/test was a complete joke.. u prob didnt study at all for it or studied for 4 hrs and thought that was alot ofstudying.

hey freshman, stupid gen ed classes don't prepare you well for Kelley. You aren't even in Kelley. So shut up, and go back to your HPER classes.

Sam,

I hope your quiz score was better than you thought it might be. Despite the naive bravado by some recent posters, I also hope that you will continue to post about your ICORE experiences this summer.

Good luck on the remainder of this term!

I-core is not really that bad. Having said that, let me explain. I never used to study very much. I read only when necessary and just before exams. I had to change my study habits. I read on time. I do study problems. If you push yourself to stay on top of your work it really isn't that tough. I did well on the quiz, but i studied a lot for it. And for those who think they can not study and do well. You are just plain wrong. You will fail.

Let me explained why Icore is difficult to score.
The material itself aren't difficult, but the amount of material you need to digest in such a short period of time is.
For Icore, you need to be on top of the readings and studies. I'm taking Icore this summer and kinda crashed both my quizes and 1st exam. Not failed of course, I just didn't do as well as I want since I studied like a dog for it.
Damn ICore.. I hate it..
