IDOC is taking too long to process my documents?

It’s been 9 days (6 business days) since I submitted my financial aid documents via IDOC, including my parents’ tax returns, income statements and my non-filer statement. They still haven’t been processed.
I am an international student so I haven’t filed a W-2, but rather an equivalent.
Should I be worried and is there anything I can do? My universities’ financial aid deadline is the 1st of March.

Nothing you can do as far as getting them processed. College board is taking awhile. Check in with the schools – however college board says the schools know about the delay.

It’s your submission date that counts for the deadline, not the date the documents are eventually processed. So you have nothing to worry about.

Are they processed yet? I am facing the same problem and it is already ten days since I uploaded the documents

@elclassico Have they been processed yet? I submitted mine on 2/15, and they STILL have not been processed.

I submitted my documents on 2/12 and they have not been verified yet; this has been a very anxiety-inducing process. Do you think there might have been a problem with my uploaded documents? To top it all off, my first deadline was 2/15, which is why I submitted 3 days before thinking it would be fine. Silly me…

@cakeandtears I called them last week and they told to keep checking. Fortunately, last Friday they were processed and my schools received them

There’s really no point calling them. It’s a call center that answers and they have no idea what’s going on. Plan on 8-10 days for processing.
