If I accept my aid package and later file for corrections for my FAFSA, which will bring my household income down and I can send it to my university's office for more money, will they still offer me more money or not because I've already accepted my aid package? (I want to hurry and accept in case they give my money away--although it's just loans and stuff) Or does this vary on a college-by-college basis? Thank you for any information.

Nats91, whether your college has more money to give is a question. In any case, you probably have a deadline by which you need to respond to the aid offer you have now. I certainly would not let that pass without responding. Can you re-file an amended FAFSA immediately? If you have corrections to make, it’s not in your interest to wait to make them.

In any case, you really need to call the financial aid office at your college and ask THEM these questions. And you should do it right away.
