I missed the Early decision deadline for columbia and University of Penn. Don't the majority of students admitted go through early? Or am I still OK, if I apply at the regular date/?
Thanks

its okay....

aren't the admissions deadlines for ED around Nov. 1st? if so you still have a few days...

I believe the ED deadline is Saturday for both of those schools so you could still try to apply. And no, you are definitely not screwed. Most applicants are NOT accepted ED.

yea they are for columbia at least.
columbia accepts so many early.
i know brown accepts very few early though.
no clue about penn.

thanks guys think im still ok wonder what the percentage acceptance for penn and comlubmia is?

like 15-16%?

While ED rates seem to be higher, it usually happens that higher qualified applicants tend to apply ED so, while the acceptance rate is greater, the competition is higher, and it would probably be about the same acceptance rate, if they applied RD.
