you make me hate myself.
You have an awesome chance at every single school you apply to, including the Ivies. MIT fits all of your majors. Stanford and CalTech are also up there.

50% Chance anywhere you apply…

Really? I see all these chance threads with people with stellar extracurriculars, awards as far as the eye can see and I feel sub-par in comparison.

Bump? I’d really appreciate suggestions on where to apply.

Then this isnt a chance me thread (thank heavens) its a “help me put a list together” thread

Lol, I’m not sure why the two previous posters got too excited. The way I see it is that you’re a pretty good applicant but not by any standards excellent. Your stats are pretty nice and so we shall shift our focus to your ECs. They show some nice leadership, but everyone applying to these schools has that. You need to show initiative and “WOW.” Other than that, your solid. Also, I don’t see any major awards. I’m not saying you NEED awards to get into Harvard, but I’m just saying.

Thanks for the advice Practical. Do you still think I have a shot at the Ivies/UCs/Top LACs? What are some safety schools/matches?

Bump! Someone talk.

My final try to bump this.

I think you have a chance at all of those schools. You sound very intelligent and seem like what they would be looking for. Chance back!

You’re a solid applicant but you never know. Good luck! You’ll get in somewhere amazing.

If you win something at Siemens and/or Intel before the application deadline(s), that should significantly increase your chances. You’re a very solid applicant, but, like most of us, are unhooked and without any major awards/recognition. So you have a shot at top schools, but you’re not a shoo-in.

Please chance back! http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1160541-chance-rising-senior-senior-member.html</a></p>

Ba-Bump…

I think u have a great shot. Of course, HYPSM is always a tossup. Still, u have a very good SAT score that should help out a lot! Good luck!
Chance me? (http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1162189-chance-me-ivys-will-chance-back.html</a>)

Late Bump LOL
