If you cheat in high school, do public colleges find out?

<p>I did not cheat, but my government teacher thinks I did. If I get disciplinary action from my school, but my school does not out cheating offenses on transcripts, can I keep this away from the UC's? </p>

<p>PS: Is this the same for private colleges?</p>

<p>If you get a suspension, they have to report it. That’s all I know. If you actually didn’t cheat, best of luck getting out of this.</p>
