If you transfered to a UC and then have a TAG, will they take you?

I transfered from community college to UCLA. If i go back to the community college and sign my TAG agreement for UCSD will UCSD still take me or will they consider me a transfer from UCLA?

not sure about that, but won't you pass the junior standing? b/c ucsd harldy accept any senior transfer.

135 is senior transfer. I would still be a junior transfer because my community college courses surpass 105 and so the units do not count. I only took like 28 at ucla.

If they let me sign the TAG though they would have to take me in essence.

I would contact UCSD. Since you have over 120 transferable quarter units (105+28) you would not be eligible for a TAG agreement with UC Davis and would surpass our unit limitation 120 quarter (70 semester) units. I know that different campuses have different unit limitations so please check with UCSD. Note this limitation only applies to students who have completed coursework at a 4-year university.
